Rewards says I'm not a gold member even though I am

Discus and support Rewards says I'm not a gold member even though I am in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have been a gold member for 3 years now.     I have been a gold member for 3 years now. I recently checked rewards and it is says that I'm not a gold member. Please help.

    Xbox Live Rewards says I'm not a gold member but I've been one for several years. I signed up for Xbox Live rewards several months ago but I just started looking at it online. I tried to sign up for my achievements but it says I'm not a gold member. Xbox.com
    says I'm a gold member and everywhere else it says I'm Gold but Rewards says I'm not. Please help! Thanks, Hunter

    You`re definitely gold, just ignore what rewards says. Probably just the standard `upgrade to gold` advert that you are seeing.

    I have filled out many forms and they just keep sending me back to Xbox support saying gold has been applied to my account even though I keep trying to say that it hasn't. It's like nobody is listening to what I'm even saying.
