    im with xbox rewards and have been for a long time and normally I get 8% back but its saying 4% and to get 8 I need to join gold which I already have gold and I want to spend my vip credit but I want the 8% back before I cash in

    Ive got gold and been wth xbox rewards since launch, im having the same problem,says i need to register and when i try it says need to be gold, been gold for 4 years...

    I am having the same exact issue with no resolution from support for over 20 plus days.

    It takes us 96 hours to receive and process new activity. Since you only recently renewed your subscription on the 25th, we have not yet received that information. Once we receive this new data, you should see this notification go away.

    what is really bothering me if i have gold also and yet i am not earning any reward points, everytime i login to reward page on xbox.com it just says signup for gold and i already have had gold for years now, it shows previous points i earned year ago but
    its not showing any points for this year at all earned, and thats upsetting me why have gold if i cant even earn reward points. their website on xbox.com reward page is messed up so badly, they need to fix it, it keeps saying unlock for vip and when i click
    it , it says signup for gold and i have had gold for long time.
