Rewards removed playing new games credit

Has xbix removed the 1000 credit reward for playing a new game for at least 10hrs in the first 30 days of release?

Did not receive 50,000 reward points after buying GOW Console bundle...

Hi there,

I ordered a GOW Edition Xbox One S console via Microsoft Store online, shipped Nov 25. Order #[Mod Removed]. Have not yet received my 50,000 reward credits, which were supposed to show as pending within 15 business days. Can someone please
look into this and credit my rewards Account?

Forza Horizon 2 Rewards??

The rewards program is great. I really like how it gives you credits for Forza 5 and Forza Horizon 2. I'm about to reach level seven and have received close to 3 million in credits. Its nice to be rewarded for playing a game you love.

That reward only ran for a month. They change up the reward to complete each month.

I'd love to see it removed and just have the games automatically credited to all active gold accounts. I think it needs to stay to properly credit your account, though. It's similar to how most stores if they give away an item iwth their rewards card
they need to still be checked out and scan your rewards card to do it.

There are no offers to receive credits just for playing games. You can see all offers for earning credits on the Missions page of the Rewards site.

Forza Hub is nothing to do with DLC.. it is simply a platform to get credit rewards for the games or a useful resource to find news and get directed to any DLC in the Store but it's not a pre-requisite to playing the DLC. You don't even need to use FH to get the credits either as it is also on the ForzaMotorsport website.
