Rewards Questions

Hi,

I apparently had 10,050 rewards on Xbox rewards and on October 28th, 2016 it says they were deposited into my account however I do not remember this being in my account because I only ever have whole sums in my account like $10, $20, $30 etc. So I am wondering
if you have a record of this going and seeing if maybe something was bought, and if we can't reach a conclusion maybe refunding me this lost amount?

You would need to check at Sign in to your Microsoft account Your deposit would show in your returns.

You can see a record of all Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, if sorted by lifetime. There you will see you had a deposit on September 28th of 10050. You can then confirm this deposit as currency from your commerce account
at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

You spent this deposit as part of your payment for your Mafia III pre-order.
