    Hello. I just read an email sent to me earlier today regarding my VIP Star Rank..

    It now shows me with No Star (beginner).

    However, this is Incorrect.

    At the end of 2016, I Only Needed a $10.00 purchase to Keep My 1-Star VIP rank for 2017.

    SO, in Order to keep my 1-Star VIP. I did make a Last Minute purchase of $20.00 plus tax, purchased Watch Dogs complete edition in the countdown sale. It Was still 12/31/2016 before midnight when I made the purchase. ( I'm in Louisiana, central standard
    time.) There was No small print which stated that any countable purchases be made by universal time... My account activity lists that purchase as 1/1/17 BUT shows a circle with an " I " inside Which when touching this state's, 'this time/date is shown in universal
    time and does not reflect your current time in your region.

    I could have easily done without that game I purchased, as The real purpose of that Purchase was to Keep my 1-Star VIP rank for this 2017 year.

    Also, the fact Being that I Only Needed a $10.00 purchase to Keep my VIP Rank. More SpecIfically, I made a $20.00 purchase because $10.00 of that Purchase was a redeemed reward from Bing. Knowing that $10.00 portion would likely Not be counted towards my
    VIP rank, is Why I Made a Purchase in the amount of $20.00 total.

    When I made the purchase, it stated that my VIP star rank would be updated within 96 hours. But, that system was still down when I got on to double check that my VIP rank was Updated within that time frame.

    As of now, MyRewards Statement has No Indication that I made Any purchase at All in December 2016 (also not shown even in January 2017.)

    I made the Purchase on 12/31/2016.

    Afterwards, when I logged in to check for my updated VIP 1-Star Rank, the system just stated it was still in process of updating the VIP rank for 2017. At that time it allowed me to complete my Survey for January 2017, which is listed on the rewards statement
    that was emailed to me.

    It would be nice to have some assistance in correcting this issue.

    We will adjust your rank for this purchase, but keep in mind that all purchasing is based off the UTC time zone, so your purchase was made on January 1st. This should be updated by the end of next week.
