Rewards Punchcard Process Time and Display Location?

Pre-ordered FF XV Premium Digital & DB Xenoverse 2 Deluxe Digital through console on date/time Oct 20 2016 around 10:30pm. MyRewards doesn't show any updated punches. Do I wait longer for the process? And the updated punchcards are beside
where the pie graph is under MyRewards tab? Downloaded both games for over 96 hours.

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

For future reference, it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new data, so your purchase on the 13th would not have been fully processed at this time.

 

Not getting my rewards!

Hi there; This sounds like a question for the Xbox LIVE Rewards support forum, found

here. I do know that there were no rewards given out in August, and if you bought your gold subscription some other time, keep in mind that the rewards don't get credited until the current subscription ends and the new one starts. As for the achievements,
Rewards checks your eligibility once or twice a month and then give you the credit for it at the end of the month. If I remember correctly, the movies, if they qualify, get credited to the punchcard and you must complete the punchcard for the reward, which
you'll get after the punchcard time period ends.

 

Support will double check your progress, but to see the updated punchcard, you have to click the "Get Started" link on the offer on the Missions page of the site.

 

Support can check that as well. You can see how much you need to spend for each level at
http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions Keep in mind that preorders do not count towards VIP.

We see that you have received a punch for Final Fantasy XV. However, we have determined that the deluxe edition of Xenoverse was not properly added to the eligibility list for Games on Demand. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are in the process of adding
that title to the eligibility list, after which you will receive a punch for that purchase. This punch should properly appear by the end of next week.
