Rewards punch cards not working correctly

HI

Your reward punch cards are not working correctly,since last month the reward card for 250 points nier replicant did not work, activate punch card not activating, get a achievement works so no points awarded, this month the 250 point resident evil village has exactly the same issue, you cannot active the punch card but can earn the achievement so no points awarded. now you have just put a mass effect legendary edition punch card on the rewards app and guess what its not working either same issue as nier replicantand resident evil village punch cards, is it at all possible for someone to fix this annoying ongoing issue.

I know the Mass Effect one wouldn't work, same with the Resident Evil 8 one but I didn't buy Mass Effect so not bothered about that one but I did buy Resident Evil 8. I contacted Rewards Support and they gave me the 250 points I should have got from the app. It's been the same for 3 weeks. Now. First Resident Evil 8 then Mass Effect now these 2. Ias I said before though I got June ones working. Just lucky maybe.

I've got the same problem! Have earned an achievement but cannot activate the punch card. Have been having issues with rewards since 18th March! Achieve more earn more hasn't worked since then and all that happens from support is they give me the points I'm owed and close the ticket, am up to 5 tickets so far. The 6000 points for buying Mass Effect punch card didn't work either, activated it, clicked on the link and bought the game and nothing happened. Waited for 2 days before contacting support to get the points.

It would be best to check this matter further with the online support to check for you what's going on from their end. You can get in touch with them through Xbox Support.

Got mine working somehow. Go to the Roblox punch card. Pucnh it. It didn't work at first but I kept punching it abd it worked them I tried the others and then they worked too. Hope that helps you.

Sometimes they eventually work but not always...the Mass Effect achievement Punch Card wouldn't activate for me despite clicking it multiple times a day for 2 weeks but support manually credited me with the points.
