Rewards Program

I've been in the loyal members program since it first started and I only have 2,700 points. I've been buying all my games digital for the past 3 years. Every game I own is the digital deluxe and for some reason I only have 2,700 points. I've called xbox
support numerous times for help but they say they only have limited access to the program. I would really appreciate it if I could actually get rewarded from the rewards program.

I just want what you advertised when I signed up for the program 3 yrs ago.

Unused reward points

Which rewards program are you referring to? Microsoft (Bing) Rewards or the Xbox Rewards program?

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

 

I just bought Battlefield Deluxe I haven't received any points from that. I participated in many of your surveys, what im trying to say is I really think im getting cheated. 3 yrs i own nore the 15 digital games and ur saying I only accumulated 2700 points
in that time.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since you only made two purchases last year that were not consumables, you were only Rewarded for those purchases. While pre-orders are not normally eligible for MyVIP, since your NBA 2k17 purchase was made in September, we had an offer that month that allowed
pre-orders to be eligible for MyVIP, and that purchase was a part of your September payback that is listed on your MyStatement. Your Battlefield purchase you reference was your December deposit. Your MyStatement viewed by lifetime can show you all deposit
and Credit events, which you can confirm as currency deposits from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
