    A. VIP Exclusives are special offers and rewards that are part of the Xbox LIVE Rewards program. To be eligible, all you have to do is become an Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold member and stay active on Xbox LIVE."

    As long as you're signed up for the Rewards program you should be able to earn credits through the VIP portion of the program. You just have to have been on a gold subscription for the entire month, you already have enough gamerscore to earn the VIP credits.
    VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

    The rules stated that you would be included in a future VIP exclusive. It did not say when that would be. Currently there is no VIP exclusive going on so keep your eyes peeled.
