    Rewards program not registering my purchases


    I signed up for the rewards program last year but it has not registered any of the purchases I have made through the xbox live digital store. When I sign in the the rewards program website, the account status gives me a green light with "All Good! No attention
    needed here. Enjoy your Rewards!", but under my rewards break down is tells me "start earning" and has zero activity.

    Hello rash2020,

    Unfortunately, we cannot credit one account for actions done on another account. Since your console purchase was made before registering into the Rewards program on this rash2020 account, (your purchase on November 25th was made before your registration
    in December), your purchase was not eligible for this offer.

    Rewards program not registering my purchases

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Currently there is a glitch on the site that has removed progress from everyone. once it's fixed, you may see progress again.

    There was an issue this morning loading user profiles, which caused users to see a empty profile. We have since fixed this issue. We see that you have been receiving rewards for your eligible purchases. You can review all your Credit and Deposit events from
    the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. However, while reviewing your account, I see that you were incorrectly awarded at the Free level in December, due to us loading your renewal during that time. We will duplicate that event to reflect the double amount
    you should have gotten from Gold.

    Also, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more
    pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

    The program only registers purchases from when you join the promotion. We are not rewarded for purchases made prior to joining the program.

    Hi FridayNight89. You are currently registered as a US member in the Rewards program, but your Xbox Live locale is TWN and you are spending in TWD. Only purchases made with your Rewards locale will count towards the program.

    Hello King LeXoR,

    You are registered as a US Rewards member. Since you have been spending in a regional currency other than USD, those purchases are not eligible for Rewards. We can only Reward purchases made within the program.
