Discus and support rewards program has not worked for a month now help in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i noticed my deposit did not arrive went and looked and since last month it has said that no activity and it is saying i am am not even a gold member...     i noticed my deposit did not arrive went and looked and since last month it has said that no activity and it is saying i am am not even a gold member and worse i have got no points towards pre order games this month and i pre ordered lego and bulletstorm
    and more and last month i had over 6000 achievements and nearly 2000 so far this month and my account is showing no activity and telling me my discount is 4 star and not a gold member when i have always been 5 star and a gold member. help this is crazy i bought
    those two games on xbox over my ps4 pro and rewards was the deciding factor and now i get a slap in the face it was pointless . tag godslayer1975 and if you check my account i usually get between $15 up to $40 a month and now i have been screwed for going
    on two months .

    Help! Xbox Rewards MyCredits not depositing into account

    I have 18,250 Xbox Rewards MyCredits that have not been deposited for months now. I'd like to have these credits deposited before the program switches to Microsoft Rewards next month. My billing information is up to date. Any help is appreciated.

  3. Warrior Rewards Over a Month Later....

    Over a month ago I purchased For Honor(59.99) as part of the Warrior Rewards Program. I did not recieve my credit rewards immediately so I went on the forums here. I was told by "smwutches" that "It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize new purchases."
    Now it has been well over a month and I still have not recieved any credits. Someone please help me with this. I waited this long to make a repost due to the time i have to spend in real life.

  5. We are not rewarded for earning achievements unless they are part of a specific promotion. If you pre-ordered Bulletstorm in April then it would count toward the Games on Demand Punchcard and would take 96 hours to process which means it would be too early
    to see that reflecting on the Games on Demand Punchcard. Keep in mind that pre-orders only earn rewards as part of a specific promotion and do not count toward MyVip progress/rebates so your pre-order of Lego would not qualify for any current promotions.

    A staff member will have to review everything else and reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

  6. sorry achievements are that is why go to reward section it shows witch each month get you points and every month in my statement same and also i have gotten point every single month since i have been on program , i have been with xbox since day one and
    program since day one and as i said i pre ordered two games in April already bulletstorm and Lego and one other and you can say 96 hours but never have i waited that long before but fine but for the account thats BS because its saying i am not even a gold
    member and yet its saying i did not earn one point in 40 days when on average i get $20 to $60 back a month and you think i did not earn one point in that time it is laughable . also there was point for buying certain games last month but the point is its
    showing inactivity so i never earned anything for a month and i don't even own gold also how about they fix this the support board is filled with post after post of this as it shows you guys broke the program some time in past month to two months and its common
    sense by just looking at posts and the time the giant wave of issues started .

  7. is anyone even helping people here , also funny when i go to any xbox or Microsoft page it has my gamerpic but on the reward program site it still has my month old gamerpic i used back then before site broke so i know it has not worked since the time i changed
    my picture and its been past 96 hours and i have not got 45000 points for my 3 pre orders from April this month and my awards activity is still saying i am not a gold member and i have not done anything for over a month so please help becuase i only got back
    on abasdor program after a issue and that took 7 months for customer support to fix and this is costing me money

    The current promotion is for 15,000; not 15,000 per pre-order also, those points are delivered once all 3 titles are released. So you would not be receiving 45,000 points (see FAQ: Xbox Live Rewards
    )

    It takes 1-2 business days for the staff to review and respond to threads so they should be replying to you today, maybe tomorrow since it has been bumped twice.

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We only recently calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. The only way to receive Credits for pre-orders is through the Games on Demand punchcard. Since you only had one eligible pre-order during the last Games on Demand
    offer (January - March) of Resident Evil 7, you did not complete that offer. That offer requires three eligible purchases to complete. Your purchase of Bulletstorm awarded one Games on Deman punch for the punchcard that started in April. However, since Lego
    City is not on the eligibility list for that offer, it did not award a punch. Pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, as stated in our FAQ:
