Rewards Program email help!

Hello World! My name is Justin & I'm currently having an issue regarding the rewards I redeemed today.

My day started with redeeming for both an Amazon & Domino's gift cards through the Rewards Program on Xbox One, $5 apiece. The description states that they will be sent to the primary email associated with the account (this will be 'Email#1' for this post's
sake).

I attempted to access Email#1's mailbox, but my provider Optimum has a policy that states if I dont use my mailbox within a certain amount of time, they will erase it. Being met with this notification after signing in, I created a new mailbox in hopes of
receiving my gift cards.

Following the new mailbox, I attempted to view my inbox but was then met with an error stating, "Error loading folder," and now I cannot do a thing with my mailbox nor view any emails I may have received prior to this mailbox's creation.

Having seen this, I went ahead & changed my primary email on my Xbox account from Email#1 to Email#2 (an email I actually use!) to ensure I would receive things in the future. My issue is now trying to access and/or receive these emails from the Rewards
Program that were sent to an email that didn't have a mailbox active (or so my provider says).

If anyone could help, please share your thoughts/experiences here. Thank you for your time!!

Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue with the email. You can go to the

rewards request form. Fill this out and they will get back with you. This is the option for rewards redemption problems.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same. If you win a sweepstakes, you should receive an email.

I understand but i was specifically guided here while on the phone to support who was instructed by the rewards team via email. It's solved now but thanks for the comment anyway
