rewards problems still

a week and no updates so ill post this again

Hi i am having problems getting my points to go to my account i have 11500 and have had these points on my account for 2 months now and they are not going into my account at the 15th or the 31st it used to work but now i'm getting nothing back from it

edit 1: least the rewards page updated and says my new amount of points at 31,219

Can t deposit on my BR account

The rewards still cant be deposited, I change my info adress , and my account and my rewards is on Brasil , WHy can't rewards deposit like always had deposit. Stop creating problems to don't give the rewards that I earned.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
