Rewards - Preordered game not recognized for 15.000 points reward

Hi. My rewards page shows I have 2/3 unlocked and it seems it does not recognize that I preordered Mass Effect Andromeda and Ghost Recon Wildlands (biggest gold/deluxe version for both). I also preordered Halo Wars 2 which is already released. So Halo Wars
2 + Andromeda + Wildlands should be 3/3?

Why is it only 2/3?

Why are preorders prior to preorder events not recognized?

Hi! It happend a few times that I did not get my 15.000 Reward points or other rewards cause I preordered a game too early. It makes no sense to contact support and cancel a preorder just to preorder again so it counts for a reward, right? Why is this still
happening? My Halo Wars 2 preorder from December did not count in February where I preordered 2 other games. Now I missed 15.000 points again but I bought it in the Xbox store. Can someone explain why preorders prior to such preorder events don't count? It
makes no sense to cancel it and preorder again??

Not received punchcard reward

Preorder 3 games on 8th Feb 2018 and still haven't received my 15.000 reward points

Only pre-order purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since you pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 in December, it was not eligible for the current Games on Demand offer.

You have had multiple deposits into your account. The 14250 Credit amount is your lifetime Credit amount. This includes already deposited Credits. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

The 6,000 points is a Microsoft Rewards program offer, not an Xbox Rewards program offer. For assistance with the Microsoft Rewards program you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Per the terms of that offer, preorders
are not eligible.

Riphade

There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.

Ok then, where are my Rewards points? I'm a member of both.
