Rewards pre order punchcard and Resident evil 7

I pre ordered Resident evil 7(RE7) on the 23rd last minute to get my third preorder for the punchcard. When I checked my punch card it said I only had two of three pre orders and that RE7 released on the 23rd but I did not have access to the game until after
midnight EST on the 24th. So I am wondering if my RE7 purchase count or is it invalid due to last minute purchase?

Your Resident Evil purchase is not punching. As mentioned in our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles, you
will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Therefore it is too early to receive a punch for your purchase of Resident Evil 7.

Since your third punch is from your pre-order of Resident Evil, you will receive those Credits around the end of January. Your purchase of Skyrim was not a pre-order, and did not award a punch, so without the Resident Evil punch you are at two out of three
punches.

It takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect on the website so it will not reflect until the 27th at the earliest. However, if you purchased it "last minute" on the 23rd you will want to compare the time you purchased it to "UTC" time. The program runs off
UTC so, for example, I am in California so I must purchase BEFORE 4:00pm as 4:00pm is 12:00am UTC and therefore past the release date.

A staff member will be able to review your account to let you know for sure. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

Hey DrunkBadger414 according to the FAQ on the reward website, if Resident Evil 7 is one of the games used to complete the digital punchcard credits will not be rewarded until 96 hours after the title launches on January 23rd, 2017. Here is the link: https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/#missions
