1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

All Xbox Live Rewards offers are only for Xbox Live Rewards members. Since your purchase was made while not enrolled in the program, you would not be entitled to any Rewards Credits. Furthermore, we see that your Microsoft Account is set to the South African
region. Since South Africa is not a Rewards member, you can not join the program. You can confirm your region from your commerce account at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).

There was no deposit scheduled for the 15th. The first deposit for this month took place on the 9th. So if you had requested a deposit on the 9th, they will be deposited with the end of the month deposit which will take place in a few days.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since you only hit the 5000 Credit amount required for a automatically scheduled deposit on the 16th, your deposit should occur with this month's mid-month deposit. Since you have been automatically scheduled for a deposit, there is no
need to request one manually, so that button has been removed.
