Rewards points problem

Hi there. I have been advised by a member of your Microsoft team on the phone I am to report my problem on here.

I have been unable to get onto the Xbox live rewards website before purchasing an Xbox one s console today. Item has been despatched and order number is 17946112561. I am entitled to 50,000 reward points 14 days after dispatch. Which works out to be £30
before purchase of the item but I have been unable to do this due to an error on your website system. Error reads

Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards at the moment. It's strictly because the programme is not available in your country. Keep an eye out for announcements regarding new countries being added in the future.

It is available in the UK where I am from and my account is based on. Your Microsoft team member had same error on his system over the phone. I would like this to be resolved asap please.

Rewards Points Problem

I've received an email about my rewards points and it said I have some problem with my account and I should contact the support.

There was no deposit scheduled for the 15th. The first deposit for this month took place on the 9th. So if you had requested a deposit on the 9th, they will be deposited with the end of the month deposit which will take place in a few days.

All Xbox Live Rewards offers are only for Xbox Live Rewards members. Since your purchase was made while not enrolled in the program, you would not be entitled to any Rewards Credits. Furthermore, we see that your Microsoft Account is set to the South African
region. Since South Africa is not a Rewards member, you can not join the program. You can confirm your region from your commerce account at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).
