Rewards points not showing in my account, HELP PLZ!!!

Hello everyone, I was wondering I was supposed to get my Xbox Live Rewards points deposited into my account on the 15th or 16th and it was 1,818 points. When the day came it said to deposit again and it was on the 23rd, it has done this to me many times
before and I really want to get this issue resolved because it's been bugging me for many months. I hope sometime can get back to me soon.

Traded gems for reward points , didnt get points

Since you only requested your deposit on the 7th, it was not able to be included in the first deposit cycle of the month. It will be a part of the second deposit cycle of the month, which happens by the end of the month at the latest.

If I click my icon, it shows rewards with 1622 points which is the amount on the account I linked for my grandson...If I click on rewards (1622 points) I get the error below...who can help with this?

same with me except with the revolution promotion and the rewards error i am receiving. i recently bought the revolution for black ops II but am not receiving the 100 points for it and also when i start up rewards it says i have 400 points but in my console
there is only 150 PLZ help and thx
