    I currently have 5500 points that have not transferred over to the account yet and some of that is from 2017, is there any way to get this resolved.

    Never got my rewards.

    I finally got that one to send. Hopefully they get back to me. So tired of redeeming rewards points just to not receive the reward.

    Rewards points not redeeming

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Since you just got to 5,000 on the 7th of this month, they will be scheduled in the next few days.

    FYI, do NOT redeem your Bing reward points for Microsoft Points until you are ready to use them. MS points purchased with Bing points will expire, and the count down timer starts the date you redeem them. Build up your Bing rewards, and redeem them shortly
    before you intend to use them.

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.
