    Rewards points not going into my account


    From the time period of October 9 to November 28 I have bought just over 250 dollar in games pre-tax and have not received any reward points back into my account. Now I am VIP rank 2 and gold so i assume I should be getting 4% on this. Any insight on how
    I can get these points. I can elaborate if needed.

    We see that your account was recently able to complete a deposit on October 12th. This may be a result of the fix that our other team is working on. We can confirm that the deposit error has since returned to your account. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience
    that this issue is causing. We do not recommend purchasing a currency card as a way of resolving this issue. Since this is a problem with the databases your billable accounts are contained in, purchasing a card will not fix the data error contained on that
    database. The issue preventing your deposit is that when our deposit process queries this database for the account you would like it to be placed into, it does not receive a response. Since the deposit does not know where to go, it aborts, rather than deposit
    at random.

    Reward points aren't going into my account

    I have posted previously regarding reward points not going into my account and was told to wait it would sort itself out... Well it hasn't! I have purchased loads of games totalling 100's of pounds expecting reward points, but all I get is emails saying
    they will expire because they can't be deposited. Apparently there is a problem with my account details, however when I check this all details are correct. I have purchased a cash voucher thing that credited my account fine as suggested by someone. This has
    been going on for the whole of this year, probably longer and I've already lost points, and still there is no resolution. Can someone please sort this out as I want to use the cash/points to purchase other stuff in the store. I'm looking at getting a new XBOX S,
    but will look at PS4's if this doesn't get rectified!!!
