Discus and support Rewards Points not Depositing 2nd posting on subject. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; My rewards points are still not being deposited into my XBL account.     Rewards Points not Depositing 2nd posting on subject.


    My rewards points are still not being deposited into my XBL account. I posted on this a month or two back and you said you were working on the problem. I still see no results. I feel these points are owed to me and you should send them to me one way or another.
    Please respond ASAP.

    Rewards refresh

    There was a problem depositing rewards points due to billing information/account. I opted out of the rewards program and waited 48hrs before opting back into the rewards program (waited 2 days again). Posting again for assistance in receiving the pending
    points. Thx.

    Rewards not depositing, AGAIN!!!

    2nd time in a few months rewards not depositing due to billing info, which is correct I hasten to add.
