Rewards points not deposited

Hello, I've been doing the rewards program for quite awhile with never any issues, but the last month or so I've had 17,688 points just sitting in my account not depositing and I'm trying to use them to buy Sea of Thieves. I've been going round and round
with different people for this problem for quite some time, my ticket number is:1419416902. And I'd really like to use my points, can someone please help fix this? My gamertag is email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

Unless you received an email that states you have a problem with your account, it sounds like your credits are scheduled for the end of month deposit which will take place on the 29th. From the picture you posted, it's hard to tell when the credits are added
to pending to know when you got to 5,000, but based on rewards support answer, that's what it sounds like. If you want them to check gain, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum again. That forum nd Twitter are the only places
to receive support for the program.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

What points?

If you mean xbox live rewards then you get them on the 15th & 30th of the month.

You need a total of 5000 points for an automatic deposit or at least 1000 points & you can request a deposit in "my rewards" from the rewards site.
