Rewards points not being given

Xbox live is not being honest and not rewarding the reward points as it should, I have a balance of 4500 and despite 2 pre-orders of games, and one recently being relased i haven't been rewarded any points for it, despite it being over the required 90hrs,
been a week now.

What is going on and why haven't i had the points?

Rewards Points not being given.

I have purchased two point worthy items from the store and not received anything.

The two items that were purchased were State of Decay 2 and an Xbox One X console.

Please Note the Points only go pending when the subscription goes into effect so if you extend your membership you will not get your points straight away

In order for support to check into your account, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

Keep in mind that in order to receive credits for preorders, they have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site. If the preorders were eligible for the games on demand punchcard offer, you do need 3 eligible purchases for that offer and the credits
will be given after all 3 games have been released.

you should be able to see if the points are pending, but personally I would wait untill in February and if they still don't show the best thing to do is to create a post in the Xbox Reward Support forums here, the Reward Support agents only browse those
specific forums for reward issyes/questions etc. You can find the forums here:

I'd say they will be calculated at the end of January and then deposited in your account in February.

I think they should reward those who actually buy ms points and/or have gold, they should have given me 800 for being one of the last ones to join the beta
