I purchased Flight Sim 2021 but did not get the 6000 rewards points associated with the purchase.

Use the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

You should have been emailed a code to redeem within 24 hours of requesting it. If you didn't, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either list the code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

Thank you. That makes perfect sense but I am having an issue finding a link to Rewards support, specifically. The last support link I tried said that it "could not assist me with that issue". Do you know the correct link?
