rewards page says im not gold, i am

when. i log into my rewards page, it says "you could be earning 10% if you go gold". but the problem is, i'm already gold, always have been, my gold ran out recently because i no longer use that debit card. so i then purchased a 3 month prepaid live card.
there was a lapse of a few days, but that's it. So from the day i recently renewed, i've been only getting 5% back, instead of 10% like i should have. please credit me the missing 5% for all the purchases i made since my last renewal, after my gold membership
is fixed.. my xbox live works in every other way, it just doesnt want to give my 10%, and i spend several hundred dollars every year with microsoft, with only the last few years buying. everything digitally, so i rely on getting that 10%, it often helps.
when i'm short a few bucks when buying anything in the store. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

when i log into my rewards. page, it asks me to go gold, to earn 10% instead of. 5%. But i am gold, and have been. a long time. however, my membersip lapsed because i no longer use that debit card., about a month ago. so i purchased a 3 month prepaid card
and activated it, but since that day, i've been only reciving 5% instead of 10% like i. should have been. So can you please fix this issue and credit me the missing 5% back since my last renewal? please keep me posted, as i rely on that rebate every month,
as i spend money every. week in your store, and this rebate helps when i'm a few bucks short. thanks in advance for your help with this issue.
