Rewards Page Issues

When I sign in to rewards.xbox.com the page defaults to European info and prices instead of Canadian info and prices. Would someone be able to look into this please as my region is set to Canada.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program. You would have to contact their support team via the Microsoft Rewards page for assistance with any Microsoft Rewards issues.

I ordered a $10 xbox card and haven't recieved it. My purchase history is blank.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. Since that is a Microsoft Rewards offer, we are not fully informed on their program, and cannot give a response for those issues. You would have to contact Microsoft Rewards support from the Microsoft Rewards page.

Hello onyxishere,

You can change your current locale via the region selection button at the bottom left of the Rewards website. Once you select a locale (Canadian, in this case), your website should default to that locale from that point on, as long as you have cookies enabled,
and are not browsing in a private/incognito browser. Apologies for any confusion.

Since that was a Microsoft Rewards issue and not an Xbox Rewards issue, you may want to contact their customer support via their redemption page to see if they can issue a new code.
