Rewards Page does not see that i'm already on Gold

Discus and support Rewards Page does not see that i'm already on Gold in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi there! I'm VIP Level one, but only 1% instead of 2% as a Gold Member.     Rewards Page does not see that i'm already on Gold


    Hi there! I'm VIP Level one, but only 1% instead of 2% as a Gold Member. I'm on Gold continuous for years, so i don't know why the Rewards page does not see that. Happened to me a few years ago. Now the same problem. I also think that i'm not rewarded for
    a few things i bought in the past couple of months. Any way to check this?

    Rewards Page says I'm Not Gold

    So according to the X-Box Live Rewards Page I am not currently a Gold Member. Except I am a Gold Member and am paid up till 2019.

    We see that you have a promotional subscription for your Gold service. Since promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, you are currently being shown as a free member. Regarding your purchases, we see that there was an issue with your Fallout
    Shelter add-on not properly activating FREEdom Rewards. We have corrected this issue, and you should see your progress for that offer shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    We can confirm your Gold subscription, and are investigating why the prompt to go Gold is appearing. Fortunately, this has not yet impacted your Rewarding, and we see that your MyVIP payback for last month was done at the Gold level. We'll update this thread
