    Rewards page claims I'm not a Gold member.


    The Xbox Live Rewards page claims I am not a Gold member, resulting in half the rewards back that I expect. In fact, my Gold account has not lapsed in years and has been renewed into 2018. I'd be very grateful for some means to fix this.

    The page now states my rewards percenatage properly.

    We can confirm your Gold subscription, and are investigating why the prompt to go Gold is appearing. Fortunately, this has not yet impacted your Rewarding, and we see that your MyVIP payback for last month was done at the Gold level. We'll update this thread
    once our platform team informs us on why this is occurring. Apologies for the confusion.
