Rewards on Xbox not activating card for Outriders

Recently I purchased Outriders when selecting the option in the Outriders punch card. I made sure I activated the punch card before purchasing and its within the required timeframe to claim the points but its not activating. Ive installed and played the game, waited a few days and tried to activate it again but it doesnt seem to be registering. Ive also tried restarting my console. Would there be something Im missing to claim these points?

Did you activate the punch card before purchasing?

I purchased on the 16th (sale was live then), the punch card was not in the rewards app until the 17th so it was impossible for me to activate it beforehand.

I too, am having the same issue for days now.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps punch card will not activate.

Sea of Thieves punch card will not activate.

Xbox Rewards Weekly Set is not tracking achievements.

I hope this gets resolved soon, before they expire. It would be extremely disappointing if I was to lose my weekly streak.
