    Rewards on XBox keeps resetting


    Rewards on XBox keeps resetting at 3 PM Eastern every day since Feb 1. My streaks are reset, which I should have had 4 weeks in a row and 7 days, but MS reset the entire app and now it resets every day. I make all of the points for the day for playing a game pass game, PC game, I even got the play 4 quest for the month and at 3 PM, all points are reset back to zero. This is on all XBox apps - phone app, PC app, and Xbox console. What is going on?

    I am not talking about the normal dailies resetting. I am saying EVERYTHING resets. The monthly is resetting every day as well as the weekly streak. Rewards is broken on XBox.

    Are you talking about Microsoft rewards points? If so then they keep accumulating.

    If you don't mean Microsoft rewards points, please give more information

    You can do this "troubleshooting method" i got from the gamer support, you can try reset and keep my games and apps this will clear queue, you can do this by going to settings,system,console info, reset, then click on reset but keep my games and apps you will have to reinstall my avatar, Microsoft stores, and xbox rewards beta i think, this method always works for me
