Rewards on Pre-Orders never Updates!!!*kindoff angry*ggggrrrrrr!!!!

let me start by saying I really like the Xbox rewards program most importantly consider and listen to feedback, which wat makes xbox live great! Main reason why I dont go over to PC or Bluegaming coz they're
standards doesnt even come close! so dont mind at all purchasing the Gold membership! coz major nelson etc gotta get paid! totally understand..

Only problem I have is eversince my purchase of xbox one system around 2014, became a Rewards member since: july30th 2014. My rewards points doesnt update whenever I pre-order a AAAgame and before I decided
to buy these titles on the xbox system, it clearly says if i preorder such titles I'll be receiving 'such n such points' added to my rewards score! but it never does!!!

Preordered digital titles inc:
- HALO 5
- THE DIVISION
- BATTLEBORN
- GEARS OF WAR 4
- BATTLEFIELD 1

many more smaller titles... I can gladly give u all the past transactions. Basically got all the xbox one titles on digital under this game handle and not getting any reward benefits from any of it inc
acheivement score does not update also!

it'll be great help and im sure u will be able to somehow resolve this problem im having which makes gaming heaps better due to a purpose goal... Eventho its little, but its something which im not complaining..

Punch it up with digital pre-orders

I preordered Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Edition, 1 week ago, & it's still not showing preordered on my reward promo: Punch it up with Pre-Orders - 15,000 Rewards Credits. Punch it up with digital pre-orders

 

My rewards was de rank still didnt get my rewards from september

if it wasn't for that September rewards thing I would've never made any pre-orders

 

Support will double check your purchases, but keep in mind that preorders only receive credits if they are part of a specific offer. Some of the games you listed did not have offers specifically for them and would have been part of Games on Demand punchcards.
You would have only receive credits if you completed those punchcards.

 

I know for certain that halo5 and the division had a reward on preorders..

 

The Division would have qualified for 1 of 2 different Games on Demand offers depending on when it was purchased. There was not a specific offer for preordering just that game. There was also an offer for Halo 5, but that was after the game had released,
not for pre-order. If you had preordered them as physical discs from microsoftstore.com, they would have been eligible for credits.
