Rewards Not Updating

I preordered For Honor, as well as picked up Rainbow 6 Siege on Monday. The 2 Rewards I was hoping to see them add to still have no progress. My Pre-Order Punchcard says I haven't pre-ordered anything yet, and my bonus VIP Star progress says I've spent $0
out of $125 in February. It says it takes up to 96 hours for the info to update, but it still isn't there.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

I have been in this program since 2011 yet have not accumulated points for live renewals or games bought .

 

If you pre-ordered For Honor and the top of the 1-2-3 punchcard does not reflect a green punch, then the reward staff will have to review your purchase. Keep in mind the purchases reflects at the top, not in the body of the promotion.

Regarding the R6S purchase, it seems like there is an issue with people who received the star bonus promotion. The staff will just have to review and let you know.

They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends.

 

Alright, Well it appears it is fixed now. If you didn't do anything, then it seems it just takes a little longer than what it says it will.

The Games on Demand pre-order punchcard is the 1 - 2 - 3 at the top of the page. We see that you have been correctly awarded a punch for your For Honor pre-order. The body of the page is just for displaying standard edition pre-orders, and is not the punchcard.

As it states in our FAQ, pre-orders, in game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the bonus star offer. You have received the correct progress for your Rainbow Six purchase. Keep in mind that all activity
takes up to 96 hours to be processed.
