Rewards not transferring

My points are over 5000 for almost a month now and I haven't had them transferred to xbox credit yet.

Has anyone had an issue with your stats not transferring from xbox rewards to Microsoft rewards.

 

Rewards Not Transferring

I bought my new Xbox One on Cyber Monday and I earned 50,000 live points, but they haven't transferred to my Microsoft account yet. By looking at the FAQ and small responses on here, it seems like they should have transferred on January 31, but didn't.

Could someone let me know what I need to do or when let me know when they will be transferring?

 

Keep in mind that credits are deposited based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The last deposit for this month is scheduled for tomorrow and that is most likely when yours are scheduled for deposit.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since you only hit the 5000 pending Credits required for a deposit earlier this month, you will receive your deposit in the end of month deposit occurring shortly.
