Rewards Not Tracking Progress

Thanks for coming to the forums. This quest just started yesterday. Sometimes they take a bit to start showing activity. They should be tracking the information even though it isn't showing. We recommend just wait and see if it shows up in a few days. Personally
mine are not showing either.

I think that the selection is ok. I would like more on the list of available games. But I had Lego installed anyway, so I just continued that. Got about 100GS.

The issue is with the app not tracking. It says 0/500 for the first stage.

Sorry to hear your Quests/Rewards are not showing up for you but they can sometimes take a while to show up and I can only suggest waiting a few days to see if your points are tracking properly. In the meantime, try resetting your modem/router and power cycle
your console. This can sometimes help with syncing your data so the rewards points are updated as well. Keep checking back with the forums to see if other people are experiencing the same issue as you and if there is anymore info to go along with this possible
bug/error.

I would say its safe to assume that your progress is being tracked but isn't updating properly and since it has been reported at least it can be looked into now. This happens sometimes for ambassadors as well but it's always sorted out promptly so rest assured
your points are safe and your progress will be updated within a few days at most.

I have tried Blair witch, worms, Halo and Pes 2019. All counts. Maybe is a good thing to conntact rewards support. They are allways helpful and compenzate for any loss. At least that is mine experience.

Hello. you must reach 500 points for the task to be recognized. for me it's poorly focused. should give points for all gamepass games, and not just for a handful of games
