Rewards not showing

I purchased two games, tomb raider, and the Witcher three, to get the 4k rewards points, which I received, then I completed 6 achievements in Tomb raider on 3/16, which I have not received. I also purchased two avatar items, both totalling over 2$ each,
which I have not received rewards for either. I'm wondering if there is an error on my end, or maybe something on yours. Thank you.

Rewards mission

I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Gamerscore is not used for reward points. Reward points are earned through completing promotions on the reward website. With the exception of survey's, nearly all promotions involve purchasing qualifying games/tv shows/movie shows to earn rewards.

For help with the rewards program, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

Keep in mind that if you preordered Monster Hunter World on or after January 1, it would count as a punch towards your Games on Demand Punchcard and you would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits. There are no offers
to receive credits for earning achievements in that game.

There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing the pass for Call of Duty. You would only receive credits for that purchase if you are eligible for VIP rebates (you need at least 1 star level). Rebates are calculated after the end of the
month and given by the 15th of the next month.

Hey there zzr1100pilot! This sounds like an in game issue. Have you tried playing through the achievements again to see if the content unlocks? Made sure you've done all the right activity for each? I know regarding the Gunslinger award some users have had
to get some more kills with the famas, so perhaps give that a shot! Let us know!
