Rewards not showing up

Hi there. I’ve recently extended my Xbox live membership by 6 months on Jan 18th and also extended my Xbox GamePass for 1 month on Feb 2nd. I checked my rewards and did not see anything pending or posted on my rewards statement. I called customer service
and they referred me to the forum. I would love to get credit for these purchases! Also I wouldn’t like to know how to track my progress on the GamePass mission of this month which is playing 5 or 10 hours of Mad Max. Can you help me with this also?

Rewards Not Showing Up

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Purchases take up to 96 hours to be received and processed. As Smwutches says, if purchased as a physical disc from MicrosoftStore.com, the credits are awarded 15 days after shipping. If purchased digitally, it would go towards MyVIP progress, since you
have not chosen to opt into the 6000 Credit Simply Rewarding offer.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

For anything regarding tracking play time, you have to keep up with it yourself. The Xbox App is usually a good place to see how long you've played a game.

and Promotions forum for more specific assistance. We do not have any Game Pass "mission of the month", so you may have us confused with another promotional program.
