Rewards Not Posting

Discus and support Rewards Not Posting in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I keep getting emails telling me to update my account for my rewards to post.     No problem! We are currently monitoring user response to the new forum setup. Sorry about the confusion. Again, we apologize for not being able to provide an immediate fix for this problem. As it is a database issue, our support tools are not suited for
    that task, which is why this issue has been escalated to another team. In the meanwhile, you may receive additional deposit messages, as we will continue to attempt a deposit into your account. Some users have been known to get a deposit in this manner.

    Rewards Not Posting

    Hello Malkav,

    We responded with why this is occurring at (Problems with awards account). Unfortunately, the other team who has access to
    the database this error is occurring on has not yet provided us with their full resolution to this issue. At the current time, we are still awaiting their estimated resolution date for this problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.
