    Rewards not posting from Dec 19,2016


    On 12/19/16 - Microsoft Store Xbox Design Lab Offer - 15,000 Credits still have not been converted to my local currency USD $. Its past the 30th of the month of Dec. I'd like to buy some games using the money in my account.

    Since the last update on Dec.19,2016 Disney Magic Kingdoms won't load. I have windows 10.

    Sorry to bother again but I did not receive my rewards for the December quests

    I posted here two weeks ago regarding the Nov Quests being completed and not receiving my reward, and fortunately a staff member helped me and I got my rewards for that month. I also commented on the Dec ones but was told to wait until January was over but
    I did not get anything again. So I'm posting this hoping someone can help me one more time to get my Dec reward. Thanks in advance.

    Rewards not posting from Dec 19,2016

    They would be scheduled to deposit on the 12th.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by
    the 15th of the next month.

    Hello SpectrumLordNY,

    I can confirm Smwutches' response. Since I do not see any issues with your account that would prevent a deposit, you should expect to see your Credits deposited in the upcoming mid-month deposit cycle.

    I can confirm Smwutches' response. Since I do not see any issues with your account that would prevent a deposit, you should expect to see your Credits deposited in the upcoming mid-month deposit cycle.
