    Hi,

    My gamertag is Randman and everytime I visit my Rewards page I am not given the option to deposit my rewards credits nor is it depositing on its own on the 15th or 30th like it says

    Not receiving a message or email for any rewards

    There should be a link to redeem on the offer's page on the Rewards site. If not, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance.

    Xbox Quests announced for Xbox Live Gold members

    I like this idea. Thanks for posting this indie. I havent looked through most stuff on the UI since I.... well hate it.

    On a side note, I also enjoy the stuff they added to Xbox Live rewards. Page is updated, and you could earn Gems through challenges, like completing 3 surveys in a row, or having you Xbox active for 3 consecutive months. Gems could then be redeemed for rewards.

    Hello RandMan,

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution. We have escalated your particular issue
    to them to deposit your current Credit amount. Once this has been completed, you will see your deposit on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where it will be listed as a refund with a negative
    amount. As mentioned in the FAQ, you may wish to refrain from redeeming additional Rewards Credits from the Vault until your issue has been resolved.

    When you redeem a reward from the rewards page, it comes as a code to your email so are free to redeem it on whatever account you wish.
