    Rewards not posting after purchasing FS2020 today...


    After starting the rewards offer last week for the bonus 6000 points upon purchase of Flight Sim 2020 (even though I have Game Pass Ultimate, I wanted all the content), I purchased the Premium Deluxe edition today and even 4-5 hours later, the points have not been applied to my account. Any thoughts regarding this relatively long delay?

    I know this is an old post, but even today there are issues with FS2020 recognizing and sometimes, like in my case, stop recognizing a USB controller all together.....

    Hey

    after consulting with the microsoft Zendesk at Fs2020, it was a advice they send me, because after a big update of FS2020, this bug in the game turn on, where all my settings in the simulator are all turn in to default on every start up of the sim.

    Not getting points for purchases

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that the Wildlands offer just started today, so if you purchased it today, it would be too soon to see those credits pending since it takes 96
    hours before the program recognizes purchases. If you purchased it before today, it would have counted towards the Games on Demand punchcard and you would need to make 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete the offer and receive the credits.

    I purchased and downloaded FS2020. My hard drive failed so I purchased a new, more powerful PC. The download page indicates that I own it but how do I re-download FS2020 to the new computer? The old hard drive is not functionable. Thxs MrK
