Rewards not given

Discus and support Rewards not given in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i turned in my rewards points on 12/27/16 & they still have not shown up on my account. also, apparently there are 2 accounts for my email & noone...     i turned in my rewards points on 12/27/16 & they still have not shown up on my account. also, apparently there are 2 accounts for my email & noone seems to know why or can help. please tell me what is going on with this. thank you!!

    Hello OneChannel38205,

    Only purchases made in your Rewards Account region's currency are eligible for Rewards. Since you have been purchasing with Canadian dollars, and your account was a US Rewards Account, those purchases were not eligible for Rewards. Your purchases since enrolling
    as a Canadian Rewards member on June 5th are the only purchases eligible for Rewards.

    hi i was told my warrior mission rewards were not deposited into my account because my microsoft account was not in the same country as xbox account so i changrd them to same country and rewards were not deposited into my account.
