    REWARDS NOT GIVEN IN BINGO GAME


    Good Morning,

    I play the Bingo Game in The Solitare Collection and NOT receiving rewards after certain level s are reached in the Power Bingo's. I have completed the rewards 3 times and NOT getting the keys that are the rewards. Talked to some agents Sar and Ben and
    they told me to alert you concerning this issue. Sar told me that the Bingo game we NOT compatible with Win1o even though it came with the computer. Please fix this error as soon as you can and I will not waste my time now trying for rewards I will never
    receive. My email is (Mod Removed). My username in Bingo is and my email there is
    (Mod Removed)

    Punishment

    For two days I was unable to "load" for play the Bingo game. No problem loading word games, just Bingo. If the problem was your fault, why did I lose my place for rewards? Two days! I played the word games, so you would be able to check that I tried to
    keep my rewards. We're talking about 20 keys. :/

    There is nothing anyone in the forums can do about that. It sometimes takes some times for them to arrive. Give it a few days and if that doesn't help contact support directly. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem.

    W8.1x64,

    Acer Iconia W700,

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

    What is going on with Bingo these days? Since Thursday or Friday, ongoing issue with "connection in progress" when transitioning from completed game to game rewards board, thereby losing all bingos &/or rewards; sometimes after spending tickets for additional
    5s. I have lost at least 10 bingos plus keys and luggage card rewards since Sunday. I observed from reading 'chat' posts that this problem is pervasive!

    Every week there seems to be some sort of 'connectivity' problem. Why can't a permanent remedy be found!!!!???@@###*** Don't need this kind of aggravation!
    I'm not losing any rewards---CAN'T CONNECT!!!!!

    I just experienced the same problem. This needs to be fixed. We enjoy Bingo, but it is discouraging to get all Bingos and then lose the rewards because the screen is locked.

    When that happens that bingo server is completely messed up and you won't get any reward. Close out of bingo app completely and open it again, and you will probably get onto a different bingo server that is working correctly.

    No ~ I DON'T get the reward. On the day it SHOULD pay out, it highlights as Day 1. It's day one for two days in a row. For all the time I have played, I have NEVER gotten a Day 7 Reward. Therein is the complaint.
