    Rewards not given for Achievements Earned for Pandemic Mission


    Hi,

    I have unlocked 5 achievements for the game Escape from Dead Island which I have also purchase together with The Adventure of Van Hellsing 2 and Outlast 2.

    Your reply in previous thread was that it is not counted cause i didn't unlock any in Van Hellsing 2 or Outlast 2 but why is not Escape from Dead Island included since it is part of the Pandemic Mission as the game was purchase
    in the month of April as well.

    The titles you purchased for this offer were The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing and Outlast 2. Since you have not earned five achievements in these titles you purchased, you did not get completion for this offer.

    Since those two purchases were enough to complete the offer, only those two purchases went towards Pandemic Rewards. Any purchases after that completion would go towards MyVIP.

    The gems that show up when you earn an achievement is just to note that it is a rare achievement. It doesn't have anything to do with gems earned through the Rewards program. In order to earn gems you either have to complete a challenge (which are listed
    on the Missions page of the rewards site), complete offers, and you can can earn gems for every 1,000 gamerscore you earn and/or reaching new achievement tiers.

    Support will check into it your purchases to see if they were eligible for anything. All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site. Currently the only offer involving achievements is the Warfare offer, but it is to earn
    platinum for Warframe, not Rewards credits.
