    Rewards Not Depositing......Yet Again


    My Xbox rewards are not depositing again, no sooner does the problem seem to be fixed the issue starts all over again. This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened in less than 2 years. Microsoft is supposed to be one of the world's
    foremost software companies, yet seem incapable of running a simple rewards platform.

    Rewards not depositing, AGAIN!!!

    Hello LordBeagle,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
    this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Rewards not depositing, AGAIN!!!

    2nd time in a few months rewards not depositing due to billing info, which is correct I hasten to add.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Hello Rdeal,

    You cannot redeem Rewards Credits from the vault. If you are asking about a deposit of your Rewards Credits, since you are beneath 1000 Credits, you cannot yet request a deposit.

    If they have not been deposited yet, they would be listed as pending in the MyRewards section of the Rewards site. If they have been deposited, you can verify deposits by going to http://commerce.microsoft.com and viewing your refunds.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you haven't gotten to 5,000 yet, they haven't automatically
    been scheduled for deposit. Since you have over 1,000 pending, you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.
