Rewards not depositing since 2015

As discussed in my previous interaction with the support forum (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/CDD12388-5D44-4E57-AC51-3A71C26A9CB4#5689832) I have been
having problems with my reward points depositing going back to 2015. Eventually, the support person did a workaround and manually deposited my points, but since then, they are still not depositing, and to date, have accumulated 14,250. As it has been years,
I was wondering if a fix has become available, and if not, if a manual deposit could again be made to my account.

Deposit Issue

Got an email December 2015, saying there was an issue depositing my rewards. Posted here and was told there was an issue on your end. Here we are nearly a year later and the matter still hasn't been fixed

Hello pbot90,

We see that there is currently an internal issue where our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving
with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. Unfortunately, we no longer have the ability to perform manual
deposits. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I also haven't received any credits for anything else. Last date of rewards deposit was 01/28/2015

Hello SurerStuart,

We deposit currency based off your Rewards Account region. Since your Rewards Account region is set to Great Britain, these deposits are attempted in GBP. However, since you have been spending in multiple different currencies, the deposits have been failing
since we cannot deposit one regional currency into a different regional currency. Your last deposit failed when we attempted to deposit GBP into a CHF (Swiss Franc) billable account. In order to ensure a proper deposit, you will have to spend in your Rewards
Account region to ensure that the regions are matching.

Since the Rewards site shows the deposit and the billing site shows the deposit, Rewards support would no longer be able to assist. You would need to continue working with billing.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Since the overwhelming majority of your purchases have been game consumables, they were not eligible for MyVIP. Your only purchases in December were for Gold packs, which were not eligible for any offers, and so did not award Rewards Credits.

Rewards not depositing since 2015
