Rewards not deposited on today... Help please

I have 50,500 rewards points but I did not get a deposit today can someone help me with this and let me know why.

Rewards deposit

I've got over 30,000 credits to be deposited and today is deposit day, but nothing has been done. Why is my rewards not being deposited today?

 

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the
next month.
