Rewards not Credited!

Dear Live Rewards Support,

I very happy and have a lot of fun with my microsoft game setup. I bought a xbox one S and convince a friend of my to bought 1 xbox one to play online games together, i have even convinced him to bought eaccess subscription. I member live rewards since:
1 April, 2017.

I the have following problem with my live rewards:

- 3 gold signatures not credited (1 - one dollar offer, 2 - gold 12 months [one me, one other friend])

- 2 eaccess subscriptions 12 months not credited

- 1 recommendations reward not possible to credit

- 4 paid games bought in one month not credited

I see this problem recently when I go to Live Rewards account and nothing has been credited.

I want this possible extra discount because i want buy a lot of games next retrocompatible sale and earn more points.

I believe Live Rewards Team could solve this problem for me and my friend

Rewards not credited.

I upgraded from 360 to Xbox One in response to a promotion that said I'd get 30,000 rewards credits. My account has not been credited. I ordered through the Microsoft Store.

 

Support will double check your account, but keep in mind that as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. There are also no offers to receive credits for purchasing EA Access. In order to receive credits, your purchases
either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

We do not see any referrals made from your account. However, keep in mind that our program does take 96 hours to receive and process new information, and that the referral Credits for Gold can take up to 45 days to appear.
