Rewards not credited.

I upgraded from 360 to Xbox One in response to a promotion that said I'd get 30,000 rewards credits. My account has not been credited. Two weeks ago, in this thread Rewards not credited., I
was told that my account would be credited manually, but that hasn't happened.
