    Rewards not converted to currency


    Hi,

    I'm having issues with my Rewards not being converted into currency. I've had 30K+ rewards for many weeks and nothing has changed on my account. There's a mention in the FAQ around a date that should be displayed with the statement regarding the time rewards
    should be converted. But I'm not seeing such a thing on the account.
