    Rewards not being reflected.


    I purchased Resident Evil to get the one star by spending $50. That hasn't been reflected. I also pre-ordered Ghost Recon: Wildlands, Injustice 2 and the new Mass Effect for the 15,000 bonus credits - but that also is not reflected in anyway on my rewards
    site. I pre-ordered those games via my Xbox. Help?

    Issue with Xbox Live Rewards

    Hi, I've registered to Xbox Live Rewards some time ago and I've been purchasing digital downloads from my Xbox One and none of them are reflected on the Rewards. I've also purchased a Live Gold and it's not reflected too. Games achievements are also not
    reflected. Any help would be great.

    Regarding the 15,000 pre-order promotion. The indication would be near the top of the promotion. The 1-2-3 would be marked/filled-in. If they are, then you just have to wait for the 3rd game to be released and you will receive the 15,000 points.

    Regarding the bonus star spending, you will need a staff member to review your account. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do NOT work weekends so they will get to your post Monday or Tuesday.

    They aren't marked or filled in, but I'll watch it as the games release. Didn't realize I had to wait until they were released - my fault!

    Hello Thoth999,

    The tracker for the VIP Boost offer on your MyRewards page is properly reflecting your purchase. As mentioned on that tracker and in our FAQ, you will not receive your bonus star until March.

    You completed the Games on Demand offer on February 11th. It was deposited on February 22nd. Normally the punchcards' 1 - 2 - 3 is white. Since you received all three punches, those numbers are now green.

    Game Pass Quest Not Unlocking

    Hi, to clarify, are you referring to the Microsoft Rewards promotion available through the dashboard? If so, I know that these also sometimes take a little time to reflect as being completed- usually up to 48 hours, and occasionally a little longer.
    If you don't see this reflected after about 3-4 days from the time the achievement was unlocked, you could contact Microsoft Rewards directly at
